Peveril introduces further reassurances for buyers - October 17th

For some months now, Peveril Homes has been openly enticing prospective housebuyers with an unusually wide array of incentives to stimulate the market.


These have included cash discounts, HomeBuy - where you pay only 60% of the value of your property - and HomePlus, a deferred payment scheme plus a host of other tailored offers.


To add to the list, the housebuilder has now also introduced a Mortgage Protection Plan which it hopes will further reassure buyers that now more than ever is the right time to buy a brand new home.
