Peveril Homes has adopted the Government 'ownhome' scheme to help buyers onto the property ladder.

Cash-strapped first time buyers are now eligible under the new scheme which came into force on the 1st April 2008 and is also aimed at key workers such as nurses and police officers.
The benefits of the scheme are:
- No risk, you pay only 60% of the value of your property
- Funding for 100% of the property value
- Interest-free for the first five years
- Ideal for first time buyers
- The property is 100% yours (this is not shared equity)
