How to cook-up the perfect dinner party in your perfect new home - May 15th

Burton’s Top chef will be adding flavour to the launch of Peveril’s new show home at Grants.

Peveril Homes is presenting potential homebuyers with a menu of mouth-watering food prepared by a leading Burton-On-Trent chef together with a scrumptiously designed show home at its Grants development on the 4th June.

Head Chef at the popular 99 Station Street restaurant, Daniel Pilkington, will be treating homebuyers to a display of culinary creativity during a series of tasty cookery demonstrations as the award-winning housebuilder opens the doors of its vibrant new showcase property at the Grants Yard development.

Angela Thomas, Sales and Marketing Manager for Peveril Homes says:: “As well as tasting the delectable food cooked to perfection by Dan in the show home kitchen, homebuyers will be able to take a first look around the rest of the two-bedroom apartment, where our designers have worked their magic to create a bright contemporary interior.

“We’re delighted to have this wonderful new show home ready to view, because when it comes to buying a property, being able to see it ‘in the flesh’ can really help you make that all important decision.”

Visitors who register for an invitation to the event will not only enjoy watching Dan whip up some inspiring culinary creations, perfect for the ultimate dinner party or housewarming, but they will also receive a voucher to redeem on food and drink at 99 Station Street - a family run restaurant that prides itself on providing a menu that is composed of great British recipes, freshly cooked and using only locally and ethically sourced produce.

The brand new show home at Grants will be music to the ears of potential home owners looking for design inspiration. A contemporary colour palette of cream and black and a combination of well matched furnishings all make a fashionable impression and is nothing less than you would expect from a professionally decorated home.

The show apartment features a practical layout spread over two floors and has all the trappings of a perfectly stylish home.
