Couple 'test drive' Peveril Homes before buying! - June 17th
A couple who sold their home over eight months ago have been 'test driving' life at Ashleigh Gardens - Peveril Homes' popular development in Sutton-in-Ashfield - ahead of making a decision to buy there or not.
Amanda Podgorzec and her partner Andrew Pidcock have lived in the town for the past five years and when the sale of their bungalow was secured last year, the couple agreed to move into rented accommodation to help the sale go through quicker.

Continues Amanda: "We first looked at the development a while ago but weren't in a position to move until we had sold our old house. Being able to rent at Ashleigh Gardens was a perfect opportunity to see what a home here could offer us and during that time put the property through a thorough lifestyle test-drive; cooking, eating, relaxing and sleeping in the house.
"The whole renting experience was fantastic and gave us a real insight into the way of life that is waiting for us now we have bought a home at Ashleigh Gardens. We couldn't be luckier, our new home has all the space we could need, not to mention is just around the corner from where we have made new friends and neighbours."
