Peveril's pleasing prices and great deals have pulling power at Ashleigh Gardens

Leading Midlands-based housebuilder, Peveril Homes, is affirming it's continued commitment to all househunters in 2009, with the emphasis on it's incentives to help get a wide variety of purchaser groups on the move.

Angela Thomas, sales and marketing manager for Peveril Homes explains the company's ongoing support of those interested in property purchase. She states: “At Peveril we believe in creating opportunities for everyone, whether they're first time buyers, downsizers, those wanting to move up the ladder or investors looking for a buy to let.

“With 2009 set to become an even more difficult time financially for many individuals and industries including the housing market, we are committed to assuring people who don't think they'll achieve property ownership that buying a new home can be accomplished with us.”

For first time buyers and those struggling to obtain a mortgage, Peveril is promoting its highly acclaimed 85/15 Home Plus scheme on its apartments at Ashleigh Gardens in Sutton-in-Ashfield where prices have also been significantly reduced. A two-bedroom apartment is now priced from just £94,950 and what’s more, the price also includes fitted carpets and kitchen appliances.

Under the 85/15 initiative purchasers have the benefit of owning 100 per cent of their property, but only require a mortgage for up to 85 per cent of their home. They then have up to ten years interest free to pay back the remaining percentage.

Angela adds: “While new homes in many places across the UK still represent good value for money, as part of the industry we have to accept that many purchasers are finding it difficult to get a foot on the property ladder in the current climate.

“Home Plus makes a real difference to such buyers as it allows them to take out a mortgage which they feel comfortable with to pay for the initial percentage and hold off paying for the remaining amount for a few years until they feel more financially secure.”

Angela concludes: “Contrary to popular belief, now really is the time to purchase a brand new home as it's a buyers market. With our competitively priced properties across the region coupled with our fantastic range of deals, we hope to encourage consumer confidence by demonstrating our commitment to those looking to move house in 2009.”

Under the Home Plus 85/15 scheme buyers will pay only £80,700 on plot 78, a two-bedroom apartment, at Ashleigh Gardens.

Peveril Homes is building at a range of new homes at Ashleigh Gardens in Sutton-in-Ashfield including two bed apartments, two and three-bedroom semi-detached homes, and four-bedroom detached homes.
