Peveril Homes 'Caps' Its House Prices

As house prices in the UK are on the increase, leading Midlands-based housebuilder, Peveril Homes is deliberately keeping its prices low.

According to a recent report from the Land registry, house prices across the UK are increasing again month on month, but leading Midlands-based housebuilder, Peveril Homes is ‘capping’  it’s house prices and offering buyers an even better investment.

Angela Thomas, sales and marketing manager for Peveril Homes said; “During these difficult times we are committed to giving everyone the opportunity to get on the property ladder or make the move to their dream home.  By not increasing prices at the same rate as the national average, we can offer our customers an even better investment on their purchase as the market begins to recover.”

In addition, Peveril Homes has significantly reduced prices across all of its sites with prices for a two bedroom home starting from as little as £84,829.00 with 15% interest free and 5% deposit paid.

Angela added; “As we strive to provide people with the home they really want at a price they can afford, Peveril Homes’ house prices will continue to remain one of the most competitive in the country, despite the fact that we seem to be coming out of the current recession at long last.”

Peveril Homes specialises in building quality homes across the Midlands for first time buyers, families that are looking for a larger home, or people wanting to downsize.
Their range of high-quality, homes can be found in Sutton in Ashfield, Rugeley, Chellaston, Burton-on-Trent, Hinckley, Belper, Newark, Derbyshire and Ollerton.
