Designed to get you moving with the minimum of fuss, our MovePlus Assisted Purchase scheme allows you to reserve your chosen Peveril home for up to six weeks - whilst nominated agents actively market your existing house for sale in the East Midlands. As an added bonus, Peveril will also pay the estate agent fees subject to an agreed limit. Once your home has a confirmed buyer - we too will confirm your reservation on your chosen Peveril home.
If after six weeks, you are unsuccessful in achieving a completed chain, we will give you a full refund of your reservation fee*.
