MovePlus Assisted Purchase scheme
Designed to get you moving with minimum of fuss, our MovePlus Assisted Purchase scheme allows you to reserve your chosen Peveril home for up to six weeks - whilst nominated agents actively market your existing house for sale in the East Midlands. As an added bonus, Peveril will also pay the estate agents fees and HIP’s pack subject to an agreed limit.
Once your home has a confirmed buyer – we too will confirm your reservation on your chosen Peveril home.
If after 6 weeks, you are unsuccessful in achieving a completed chain, we will give a full refund of your reservation fee*.
MovePlus Part-Exchange scheme
Purchasers can also take advantage of Peveril’s part-exchange scheme - perfect for those who have a house to sell as it removes the hassle of finding a buyer. All you need to do is choose your new Peveril home from the range of designs and styles available.
Peveril Homes will then arrange for two independent valuations of your current property and make you an offer.
Once accepted, you can then reserve your brand new home and subject to surveys on your current property - Peveril will aim to exchange contracts within 28 days leaving you to concentrate on turning your new Peveril house into your dream home.
