How does it work?
Peveril Homes will give a financial contribution of up to 5% directly to your lender, providing you with access to better interest rates over a fixed two or five-year period, as low as 1%*
Once you’ve found your new home in the Midlands, we’ll put you in touch with an accredited independent broker who has been approved to provide advice on the Own New Rate Reducer scheme. They’ll decide if this product is right for you, and if so, you’ll spend less on your monthly payments, while still owning 100% of your new home.
Am I eligible?
The scheme is available for both employed and self-employed individuals, as well as first-time buyers and existing homeowners.
